Henry Cavill foi o escolhido para ser o protagonista Napoleon Solo na nova versão de O Agente da UNCLE, que estréia em janeiro de 2015. George Clooney foi a primeira escolha. Depois o papel foi entregue a Tom Cruise (na foto acima), que desistiu para dar prioridade ao quinto filme da série Missão Impossível. Segundo o site IMDb, vários outros atores foram considerados para ser o novo Napoleon Solo. Aqui vão algumas das possibilidades consideradas:
